1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Annam Express website (annamexpress.com.au) and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Annam Express is operated by Adyatec Pty Ltd, Wentworthville NSW 2145, Australia.

2. Orders & Availability

• All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders if items are out of stock.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or abusive.
• You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. This is an acknowledgement, not a guarantee of fulfilment.
• We will notify you promptly if we are unable to fulfil your order and arrange a full refund.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location.
• We accept payment by credit card and debit card via Stripe, and cash on pickup.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Prices may change without notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you pay.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and shipped via CouriersPlease or Australia Post.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
• Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.

5. Returns & Refunds

• We do not accept change of mind returns on any products.
• If you receive a wrong or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
• Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms.
• Approved refunds or replacements are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.

6. Product Information

• We make every effort to display product information, images and descriptions accurately. However minor variations may occur.
• Full allergen information is listed on each product page. Please check before ordering if you have any allergies or dietary requirements.
• Shelf life and storage instructions are listed on product packaging. We recommend following these instructions carefully.

All content on this website including text, images, logos, product names and descriptions is the property of Adyatec Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Annam Express is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
