Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept change of mind returns on any products. Please choose carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, please contact us — we are happy to help.
Wrong or Defective Items
If you receive a wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim we will need:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item received
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. If a return is required, we will cover the return postage.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and your order number. We will resolve it for you directly and handle any carrier claims on your behalf. You will not need to contact the carrier yourself.
Refund Timeframe
Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, refunds or replacements are processed within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Return Postage
- If we sent you a wrong or defective item, we cover return postage costs.
- In all other eligible cases, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
Australian Consumer Law
Our returns policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
